Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. Because each Orange Beak item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer ordering errors (such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design). This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If something is off, we will make it right.

Fastest fix

Please submit issues using the link in your “Order delivered” email whenever possible. This is the fastest way to report an issue and get a resolution started.

What we’ll fix (eligible issues)

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective (printing errors that materially affect appearance or wearability)
  • Incorrect (wrong item or wrong design sent)
  • Production mistake (for example, clearly off-center print, major misprint, or missing print)

What isn’t covered

Since items are produced on demand, we can’t offer refunds or free replacements for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
  • Change-of-mind returns or exchanges
  • Minor variations from the production process (examples: slight color differences due to screen settings, small placement variations, or minor alignment differences that don’t materially affect the design)
  • Address errors provided at checkout (see “Address & delivery issues” below)

Timeframe to report an issue

Please report any issue within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible.

How to request a refund or replacement

Fastest option (recommended):

After your order is delivered, you’ll receive an “Order delivered” email with a secure link to report an issue. Using that link is the fastest way to submit a request.

To submit a request:

  1. Find the “Order delivered” email (check Spam/Promotions if needed).
  2. Click the link in the email to report the issue.
  3. Include clear photos of the item showing the problem (and the shipping packaging if damage occurred).

If you can’t find the email:

Contact us through our site’s contact form with your order number, and we’ll help you access the correct link or route your request appropriately.

What happens next

If your request is approved, we will either:

  • Reprint and ship a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method (depending on the situation and availability)

Address & delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it to a corrected address, but additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
