Shipping Cost:
- Orders under $60: $5 flat-rate Economy shipping.
- Orders of $60 or more: Free Economy shipping.
- Standard Shipping upgrade: $8 flat fee.
Delivery Time:
All items are made on-demand after purchase.
- Production time: 2–7 business days.
- Contiguous U.S. (Economy transit): 4–8 business days.
- Contiguous U.S. (Standard transit): 2–5 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: transit typically takes an additional 7–12 business days.
Items in a single order may be produced and shipped separately. Your exact shipping cost and delivery estimate will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can also track your order in the Shop app (if you use it).

After your order is delivered, you’ll receive a feedback email. We’d appreciate it if you take a moment to share your experience.
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or a production error, please use the link in that email to report it within 30 days of delivery.
